1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iron Cascade services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Iron Cascade provides guided wilderness tours, photography expeditions, and eco-tourism experiences in Canadian national parks.

3. Booking Terms

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Availability is subject to weather, park regulations, and guide scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations 7+ days before tour: full refund. 3-6 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Weather cancellations by us result in full refund or rescheduling.

6. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, meet minimum age and fitness requirements, follow guide instructions, and respect park regulations and wildlife.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, wildlife, and the environment. Disruptive behavior may result in tour termination without refund.

8. Safety Requirements

You must disclose medical conditions, wear appropriate clothing, use provided safety equipment, and follow all safety protocols.

9. Liability Limitations

Iron Cascade is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from tour participation beyond our control or caused by participant negligence.

10. Assumption of Risk

Wilderness activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Iron Cascade and protected by copyright laws.

12. User Content

Photos or reviews you submit may be used in our marketing materials. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content.

13. Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

14. Prohibited Activities

Harassment, spam, false information, malware distribution, and unauthorized commercial use of our platform are prohibited.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada will be used.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

19. Amendments

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
